A beautiful piece of wood that just about ticks all the boxes for character - beautiful grain pattern with some green elm streaks, patches of burr detail and an occlusion that’s left a small void through the piece. I’ve kept the form deliberately simple with a thin, wide rim developing into a smooth contour to the centre.
